Clean hearts, clean hands - clean (and safe) kitchen!!

Excellence in food storage, preparation and service is at the heart of our nutrition program. In order to make sure that we maintain this standard, our food safety program was developed in 2018. The program follows the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) guidance on developing a food safety program based on the Process Approach. All standards in this plan are based on the current Georgia Food Code (Department of Public Health Chapter 511-6-1 Food Service).
